In Heidelberg’s Stadtgarten, we expanded the 959 eatery, which is now one of the top 3 restaurants in Heidelberg. In addition to planning and project coordination, we were responsible for the complete GU fit-out of the bar and guest room area, including the technical building equipment, as well as the manufacture, delivery and assembly of furniture:

• Conversion and modernisation of a former pizzeria in the heart of Heidelberg into a fine dining establishment with separate smoking bar
• As-built survey, gutting and rezoning on the basis of a specification planning
• Planning adjustments during the construction phase according to the customer’s wishes
• Live sampling on site
• Prototype construction of various furnishings, for example the restaurant benches for the most optimal seating ergonomics
• Live customisation of the concept lighting together with the client, such as the arrangement of the recessed downlights or the GrandNuage French chandeliers
• Drafting the individual ambient lighting for different lighting moods for the lunch and dinner table
• Installation of an Italian pizza oven clad in gold mosaic tiles
• Integration of the circulating effect lighting
• Planning, construction and installation of the paternoster cladding
• Design of the operating heights, stop positions, removal heights for the bottles
• Prototype construction and sampling of the rotating paternoster bottle gondolas
• Static calculations of the nacelles as glass and metal construction
• Accordance with the design of the visible construction components such as chain wheels and tracks
• Performing the safety-related coordination for the operation of the paternoster shelf
• Development, construction and installation of a motorised paternoster shelf for the presentation of high-quality spirit
