In a construction period of only 6 weeks, the Stuttgart site was expanded for a globally active provider of business software from Sweden. In addition to the classic fit-out services, our services also included all technical trades, such as electrical and ventilation work, as well as the development and production of the furniture elements based on the customer’s design specifications. In addition, real General Contracting GmbH also supplied special elements such as an acoustically effective folding sliding wall and the kitchen unit. A special feature resulted from the fact that no drilling work was allowed in the floors or ceilings for the installation of the wall and furniture elements. The drywalls were therefore glued and the furniture was braced between the floor and the ceiling.
