Complete fit-out of a Deutsche Bank branch with approx. 3,500 m², including technical building equipment, as well as production, delivery and assembly of furniture. Special focus was placed on the adaptation and implementation of the client’s national design requirements with regard to the overall appearance of the existing building and the budget specifications. Therefore, in addition to the fixed execution period, the transfer of the client’s design specifications to the local framework conditions as well as the adaptation to the appearance of the existing building represented a challenge in this project. With the focus on economic efficiency and sustainability, the tasks also included efficient and sustainable product management as well as project realisation in compliance with BREEAM requirements. In order to ensure the required level of confidentiality during ongoing branch operations, special attention was paid to compliance with sound insulation requirements. For this purpose, among other things, acoustic partition wall systems were integrated into the room design. As Germany’s largest private bank, the client has very high technical requirements and the coordination of the client’s partners for IT and security technology as well as facility management were a further focus of the project. Finally, real General Contracting GmbH also took over the supervision of the expert inspections and the handover to the facility management team for the turnkey handover.
