The end client Infosys took advantage of the pandemic-related home office situation to completely fresh up its office space. By reducing the number of fixed office workstations by 30%, space was created for a future-oriented office concept that meets the needs of the working world of “tomorrow”.

In close cooperation with our partner Area Europe, real General Contracting GmbH further developed, engineered and finally implemented the specifications of the look & feel design concept until it was ready for implementation.

When realising the project, the special requirements of the property’s location had to be taken into account in the planning. Not only the location in Frankfurt’s city centre, the location of the object area on the 22nd of 42 floors of the high-rise building and the therefore highly restricted delivery situation without any intermediate storage had to be taken into account. In addition, the noise-intensive work in the high-rise office building could only take place outside regular business hours or at weekends. However, this did not stand in the way of the project’s success at any time, and the result was considered a great success by all those involved in the project.
