Shopfitting in the outlet center

The cooperation with Lee & Wrangler turned out to be exceptionally constructive. The two jeans labels and global brands belong to the ‘Kontoor Brands’ group. They will show their togetherness for the first time in 2022 at several locations. The joint design concept for the store in Neumünster, which measures around 140 square meters, continues to show the labels clearly separated from each other. The brands share the façade, the display window and, in future, the campaign areas. The client’s top priority was the fastest possible completion date. Due to the professional and pro-active exchange from the start to the handover of the keys, everything went smoothly.

In addition to the classic tasks from A for architectural planning to P for project management, a far-reaching fire protection concept was commissioned. This included all issues relating to preventive fire protection and operational hazard prevention. An explicit evacuation plan was also part of the order spectrum. An obligatory challenge was the ongoing sales operation in the outlet center. Accordingly, noise and pollution were avoided as far as possible. The approaches to the construction site were timed smartly. Here, too, everything went according to plan.
