Rocket Tower

In cooperation with the Instant Group, a pioneering office concept was implemented for a leading global technology group on 4,460 m² in the Rocket Tower in Berlin as a result of the excellent cooperation in a previous project. In the 22-story office tower, the expansion was carried out on a total of 7 floors and included the construction of new work areas for 200 employees, conference rooms, kitchen facilities and common areas. Not only did the client’s internationally valid design specifications have to be implemented in the architectural interior design, but also the high technical requirements had to be met in this area. Among other things, this meant not only the construction of four server rooms but also the coordination of the customer’s IT trades and their integration into the construction process.

Under high deadline pressure, the expansion measures were carried out on schedule while maintaining the increased safety standards, the required fire protection requirements and the considerable restrictions for noise-intensive work due to the boundary conditions in a high-rise building during ongoing operations.
